After nearly a full year of work, we are ready to showcase parts of our flagship project for this year. The ground-up alternative to the Land Transport Master Plan (2050) now slated for a 2027 release, our Transport Manifesto 2050 (TM50) is now nearing the final stages of its development, and we’re happy to share what’s in store for you, the Singaporean user of our various land transport systems! Designed with your needs of access and shorter travel times in mind, TM50 offers a bold and compelling vision of a fast and reliable public transport system, time-competitive against driving, and offering you a variety of options depending on your needs. As our work nears completion, we warmly invite you to give your input on our initiatives and proposals, which is part and parcel of our consultative process in ensuring your needs get represented in our Manifesto.

A virtual townhall session will be held, where key initiatives and proposals of TM50 will be shared to participants (ahead of its full release around December or January), followed by a public discussion segment. Should you still have other thoughts or ideas to share, STC’s monthly Transit Roundtable session open to the public will also be held the day after, if you were unable to share your thoughts during the townhall.
